Filled with compassion, love and understanding the author of this insightful book has written a heartfelt chronicle of events following Mary’s fiat to God. We are encouraged to imitate Our Lady’s example in all our trials, tribulations and sorrows of life. In this book, the author inspires the reader to be grateful for Mary’s fiat, for her acceptance of the Cross, her motherly love and the desire to follow in Mary’s footsteps.

Very Good Book

I thought this book was well written. E. Mary Christie is a wonderful story teller who uses her narrative and descriptive skills to bring the reader very close to the 'suffering' mother of Jesus. We are made to feel 'at home' in each of the seven scenes where we gain a deeper understanding of what the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart endured. We are invited to reach out to comfort her and grow in our own love for her. I recommend this book as thoughtfully written and well worth reading and reflecting upon.
